Why it exists
Jira-shaped tickets waste tokens. Ticketron keeps the live record tiny — id, status, dates,
a spec_uri — and puts the heavy body in Git. An agent can list a whole backlog
for a few hundred tokens, then fetch a spec only when it needs one.
